I fly I&O of LGA 2-3/year... LGA isn't much to look at & it's not new but generally I get I&O close to on time (within 15 mins) & have a decent (nothing too creepy or dirty) yello cab ride for $25 or so to the city. I think I have been lucky ..... the van/limo rides are unreliable... they don't show up... no wonder they can't compete with the cabs.
