Lambert-St Louis International Airport Driving Direction
From I-170 southbound, take exit 7B, or northbound, take exit 7C. Continue on I-170 westbound to exit 238A for the airport. Alternative exits from I-170 westbound are exits 236 and 235C. From Street Charles, or from I-270 from Street Louis County or Illinois, approach on I-70 eastbound and take exit 235C at Cypress Road.
