Honolulu International Airport Driving Direction
From Waikiki, drive to the end of the main Kalakaua Avenue and turn left just before the Honolulu Zoo onto Kapahulu Avenue Follow Kapahulu Avenue to the end, where it merges into the H-1 freeway. Take the H-1 westbound and follow signs to the airport.

Parking is available in the multi-level garage, which can be accessed directly from the Main Terminal, and also in open car parks located near all lobbies.

Taxis are available. The city bus system in Honolulu is called "The Bus." Bus No. 19 eastbound and bus No. 20 follow different routes to central Waikiki; bus No. 19 westbound goes to Hickham Air Force Base, while bus No. 20 goes to the Pearlridge Shopping Center, both via downtown Honolulu. The licensed bus is the Waikiki Express, which serves the hotels in Waikiki.
